1. mrkwang wants everybody happy in Korean Culture.
mrkwang does good, buyer is satisfied. That's simple & best policy.

2. mrkwang sells only Korean official stuff, otherwise written.
Basically mrkwang sells Korean official DVD - OST - CD. Sometimes mrkwang sells few other stuffs, but they might be from own private collection. And NO BOOTLEG is available in mrkwang store at all.

3. Refund for REGION CODE PROBLEM is NOT AVAILABLE.
Most of Korean DVD discs are REGION CODE (RC) 3, and Korean company almost never release several RC editions. So if you know some Korean DVD has RC 3 only, that's what Korean official is. If you found some RC FREE stuff, which you knew Korean edition is RC 3, that might be oversea edition or bootleg. And of course, mrkwang can't refund for RC CODE problem. But if your disc is defected, mrkwang will exchange it politely.

4. Have question, could get answer.
mrkwang will answer, if you have some questions, through e-mail or MSN. But mrkwang can't answer these questions.

- Japanese or HK release news. : mrkwang only deal with Korean release.
- PAYPAL register & how to use : Please visit paypal site by yourself. All I can do is copy & paste.

5. mrkwang doesn't accept pre-order usually.
Korean DVD market is fond of delaying, and mrkwang doesn't have any idea if those film DVDs will be released at the same date or delayed, before just the exact release date. To avoid any difficulties, mrkwang will not accept pre-order, except for few case. But mrkwang will update his store right after real release, so please visit often & check it out, or Join Newsletter.

6. mrkwang doesn't sell or pass customer's information to another store - company.
Your information in mrkwang store, will not be sold or passed to another store - company at all.
