Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Lost Password! What can I do?
A : mrkwang can't review your password, but can change password. Send e-mail to mrkwang, and mrkwang will give you temporary password. You could modify by yourself after login.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart, or visit Shipping Fee Table. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see, right before confirming your order.

Q : How long it takes to get stuffs?
A : Usually it takes 1-2 weeks, after shpping, from South Korea to your House. Sometimes it took different, due to Postal Service happenings.

Q: Can I track my package online?
A : You can do it for Registered Parcel & EMS. But Plain Air Mail is not available for Tracking. You could input & see the tracking statue here.

But please make sure about this.
Tracking No. : Track inside mrkwang store, to see when mrkwang ships.
Shipping Tracking : This is what you must copy & paste.

Shipping tracking code is usually like this.
CP 123 456 789 KR

But when you type it in the Tracking menu, you must DELETE BLANKS before input.

CP... : International Parcels
EM... : EMS Tracks

And that link is Korean site. It could show you how much it proceed, but usually 2-3 days late. As I assume, your local site could be faster. So you'd be better to check in your homeland site, too.
